STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Lennox Global Ltd. (LGL) has expanded its presence in Latin American through a joint venture with McQuay do Brasil. LGL holds a majority interest in the new company.

"This joint venture aligns two leaders in their respective markets. We expect there will be strong technical and operational synergies between the two companies" says Heatcraft Refrigeration Products Vice President and General Manager Bob McDonough. "We feel that this combination will position us well in Brasil and the other MERCOSUR nations."
