Lennox International Ranked Highest in Subcontractor Satisfaction
DALLAS, Sept. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lennox International (NYSE: LII) ranks highest among HVAC manufacturers in satisfying subcontractors, according to the recently published J.D. Power and Associates/McGraw-Hill Construction 2006 HVAC and Water Heater/Boiler Subcontractor Satisfaction Study(SM).
The inaugural study focuses in part on how subcontractors evaluate and rate manufacturers of HVAC systems. Overall subcontractor satisfaction with HVAC manufacturers is based on performance in seven factors: warranty and repair service, sales and marketing support, ordering process, product, credit/billing, delivery, and price.
According to the study, LII ranks highest in subcontractor satisfaction among HVAC manufacturers, receiving the highest ratings in four of the seven factors. The study includes responses from 559 subcontractors evaluating HVAC manufacturers.
