Designed to operate with the Lennox SignatureStat(TM) thermostat, and easily integrated with new Lennox(R)-brand cooling products using environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant and any variable-speed Lennox furnace or air handler, Humiditrol effectively and efficiently controls humidity levels throughout the home. It significantly outperforms conventional dehumidifiers, capable of removing as much as three times more moisture while consuming less energy and without negatively impacting temperature.

"We are pleased to introduce the first residential version of the highly successful Humiditrol system, which has been a popular feature in the commercial market for several years," said Bob McDonough, president and COO, LII Heating and Cooling. "Consumer studies regarding indoor air quality, as well as recent news reports about the health dangers of mold, show humidity control is an increasingly higher priority issue with the general public.

"Our development of the residential Humiditrol system is a significant step forward in maintaining optimum humidity levels in home environments, making the places where we live not only more comfortable, but healthier. It's an innovative whole-house solution to a common problem, and one that is widely viewed as a growing market."
