DALLAS, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Lennox International Inc. (NYSE: LII) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.095 per share of common stock payable on January 3, 2003 to stockholders of record as of December 24, 2002.
The company also announced its 2003 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held at 9:00 a.m. Central Time on Friday, May 16, 2003 at the University of Texas at Dallas Conference Center, Rutford Avenue and Drive A in Richardson, Texas. Stockholders of record at the close of business on March 24, 2003 will be entitled to vote at the 2003 annual meeting.
