Lennox International Appoints New Vice President, Investor Relations

DALLAS, May 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lennox International (NYSE: LII) announced the appointment of Karen Fugate to the position of vice president, investor relations, effective May 29, 2007. Fugate replaces Bill Moltner, who has been appointed to serve as managing director, Australia & New Zealand, Lennox International Worldwide Refrigeration.

Fugate comes to LII from Sabre Holdings, where she had served as vice president, investor relations since 2000, after previously serving as manager, global merger and acquisitions, Human Resources since 1997 and as a senior financial analyst beginning in 1994. Prior to her career at Sabre, Fugate served in finance for American Airlines. She began her business career in 1988 as an accountant for Brinker International, Inc. Fugate holds a BBA in Finance/Real Estate from Texas Tech University.
