Heatcraft Acquires Livernois Engineering Company

RICHARDSON, Texas, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Heatcraft Inc. announced it has acquired Livernois Engineering Co. of Dearborn, MI, a well-known manufacturer of equipment and tooling for production of heat exchangers primarily for the automotive industry. The purchase is the result of a three-year working relationship between both companies.
